The location was convenient to train and tube stations.
The minibar was EMPTY and off, disappointing! Tea, coffee, and water weren't replenished for the second night. The showerhead was set too low. I'm fairly tall and had to crouch to get my head under it... Apply, twice.

i stayed for three nights the room was generally fine BUT the minibar was completely empty SUCH A SHAME it was also turned off which was REALLY annoying. the tea and coffee were not replenished after the first night this was a bit tightfisted. the bathroom was small the shower was oddly low i had to duck a little i am six feet tall.

The hotel location worked well for accessing public transport. It made getting around simple. The room was clean and well-kept. The staff offered prompt assistance with luggage, bringing it to the room after I left it at reception.
The air conditioning unit was quite noisy, which sometimes disturbed sleep. I would have appreciated a quieter system.

i booked a room here because of the proximity to borough market and transport links. the location is great. it is a very short walk to the underground and overground stations (this made getting around so easy). the staff was helpful with directions.
the air conditioning unit was somewhat noisy, especially at night, making it difficult to fall asleep sometimes (earplugs are recommended).
